During the talks, the participants exchanged information on the current level of digitalization of work processes, implemented electronic data processing systems and applicable information security requirements.
The parties discussed the possibilities for electronic exchange of information related to all types of benefits covered by the Treaty. The focus of the talks was also on options for improving the service to insured persons based on fast, secure and transparent digital connectivity between the competent institutions. It was agreed that the future electronic exchange agreement should include all necessary data, forms and documents that are subject to the implementation of the Treaty. Its signing marks the move towards fully electronic communication between the two institutions. An agreement was also reached to include in the agreement the possibility, if technically ready, of the exchange being carried out through structured electronic documents, in line with modern security and interoperability requirements.
At the end of the meeting, a protocol was signed, reflecting the agreements reached on the text of the future agreement. The document was signed by the Deputy Governor of the National Social Security Institute, Vesela Karaivanova-Nacheva, and Oleksandr Maletsky, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization of the PFU.
